Our Mission 

Harper is our inspiration in creating a grassroots, community driven CPR education program that will teach children, parents, families and all members of our communities life saving CPR skills.

Harpers Story

Harper was a precious and outgoing three year old child who loved animals, especially elephants.

Through learning the story of Harper’s short life and her tragic death, a group of volunteers and private donors came together to form a non-profit organization with the mission to teach life saving skills to all members of our communities.

Harper's Embrace LifeSaver Program.

Since life-threatening emergencies can happen at any time, through H.E.L.P. any willing individual will have the means and access to learning life saving CPR in English or in Spanish with no Language barriers.
